Long-Form YouTube Video Editor (Weekly Daily Vlog Content)

We are looking for a fast, highly experienced long-form video editor to edit weekly daily vlog-style YouTube content.
This role is for someone who understands how to take multiple days of real-life footage and turn it into a compelling, structured, retention-focused vlog that people actually want to watch from start to finish.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience editing daily vlog-style long-form YouTube content
Ability to meet tight weekly turnaround times
Strong portfolio showcasing pacing, structure, and storytelling
Must be quick and reliable with consistent delivery
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent

Scope of Work
Edit one (1) long-form YouTube vlog per week
Compile and structure footage from multiple days into one cohesive video
Clean cuts and engaging pacing
Add music, sound effects, captions, and b-roll where needed
Light motion graphics and titles
Color correction and basic audio balancing
Format for YouTube optimization
Footage will be day-in-the-life style content including business, travel, lifestyle, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Able to create storylines from raw daily footage
