This role is perfect for someone who understands YouTube retention, pacing, and storytelling, and can consistently deliver high-quality videos.

Responsibilities

Create complete YouTube videos (5–10 minutes) or YouTube Shorts (30–60 seconds)

Use AI tools for:

Script-to-video generation

Stock footage / AI visuals

Voiceover (AI or human)

Edit videos with strong hooks, smooth transitions, and engaging pacing

Add captions, sound effects, background music, and simple motion graphics
