About the Brand:
OmaMoneyTips is a fast-growing financial education brand focused on property investment, wealth-building habits, and "Identity Shifts." We aren't just a YouTube channel; we are building a "Money Freedom Blueprint" to help people achieve peace and clarity with their finances.

I am looking for a dedicated **Full-Time Growth Partner** to be my right-hand operator. Your mission is to help me scale this channel to **100,000 subscribers** and hit major revenue milestones of **US$20,000 and $40,000 per month**.

**🎥 Your Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Retention-First Editing:** Use **Descript** to edit 3 weekly 10–15 min long-form videos. You must ensure "pattern interrupts" (zooms, text pops, B-roll) occur every **2–3 seconds** to maximize watch time.
2. **Shorts Multiplier:** Use **OpusClip** and **Descript** to repurpose long-form videos into 4–6 high-impact Shorts for YouTube, TikTok, IG, and FB. You must master the **0.5-second hook**.
3. **The Growth Tech Stack:** You will be the lead operator for:
- **Descript:** For fast-cut editing and transcript-based workflows.
- **OpusClip:** For AI-assisted short-form extraction and virality.
- **VidIQ:** For keyword research and SEO metadata.
- **Canva:** To design high-click-rate thumbnails.
- **Buffer & ManyChat:** To manage multi-platform scheduling and lead automation.

**💰 The Success-Linked Compensation:**

- **Base Salary:** $500 – $700 USD/month (Full-Time, 40hrs/week).
- **Subscriber Bonuses:** $50 USD bonus for every 10,000 subscriber milestone hit.
- **$20k Milestone Bonus:** A one-time **US$1,000 Cash Bonus** upon the channel achieving its first $20,000 revenue month.
- **$40k Milestone Bonus:** A one-time **US$2,000 Cash Bonus** upon the channel achieving its first $40,000 revenue month.
