Wedding Video Editor

I am looking for a highly creative Wedding Video Editor to join our team. I don't just want "cuts"—I want someone who understands the rhythm of a wedding day and can craft a compelling narrative. I want the someone who is creative and we can learn from each other, experts in Highlight Films (4–8 minutes) and have an understanding or willing to learn of Film Scoring (pacing the edit to music, using ambient sound/vows to drive the story).

Key Responsibilities:
Narrative Editing: Sifting through raw footage to find the most emotional and impactful moments.

Film Scoring & Sound Design: Selecting the right tracks and layering audio (vows, letters, crowd reactions) to create an immersive experience.

Color Grading: Applying a consistent, cinematic "look" (Natural, Moody, or Timeless) across various lighting conditions.

Highlight Films: Delivering high-energy, emotional 3–6 minute highlight reels.

Required Skills:
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong portfolio showcasing wedding highlight films (please provide links).

Experience with Sound Mapping (cleaning up dialogue and balancing music).
