Web Scraper + Lead Gen Expert (Door-to-Door Sales Prospecting)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable web scraper or researcher to help us identify U.S. companies that employ door-to-door (D2D) sales reps and gather decision-maker contact info.

This is a critical role in helping us build high-quality outbound prospect lists. If you're great at scraping job boards, finding contact details, and organizing data cleanly—this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Scrape job boards like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, and others for listings with terms like:

“door to door sales”

“field sales rep”

“outside sales”

“canvasser”

“direct sales”

✅ Build a structured spreadsheet that includes:

Company name

Job posting link

Industry (solar, pest, roofing, security, etc.)

Company website

HQ location (City/State)

Source (which job board)

Decision-maker contacts (Name, Title, Email, LinkedIn if available)

Prioritize roles like:

CEO

CRO

VP of Sales

Director of Sales

Head of Sales

Sales Manager (for small teams)

COO

Director of Field or Sales Operations

✅ Cross-reference all new company leads against a master list we will provide, to ensure no duplicates.

✅ Deliver leads in Google Sheets, organized, clean, and deduplicated.

Requirements:
Proven experience in web scraping, job board research, or lead generation

Ability to use tools like Apollo,

, ContactOut, or LinkedIn to find contact info

Fluent in English (you’ll need to read and interpret job postings accurately)

Familiarity with U.S. industries like solar, pest control, roofing, home services, etc. is a plus

Must be organized and comfortable working with spreadsheets

Work Style & Commitment:
Part-time to start (10–20 hours/week) with potential for ongoing work

Flexible hours but with consistent weekly deliverables

Communication via Slack or email, with occasional check-in calls

Long-term preferred if it’s a good fit

Compensation:
Based on experience

Expecting $4–$8/hour depending on skillset and output
