Starting Salary: AU$400-AU$500 per month depending on experience + %5 Bonus for each closed transaction (%5 of the total amount of the project)

As we expand, we’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Virtual Assistant to help us generate leads and grow our customer base through strategic outreach.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant who specializes in lead generation through cold email campaigns and social media outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with new people, is detail-oriented, and can independently execute strategies to build strong pipelines of potential customers and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads across relevant industries and social media platforms.

Craft and send personalized cold email outreach to prospective clients, collaborators, and partners.

Manage social media outreach (DMs, comments, group engagement) to spark interest and build connections.

Track, organize, and maintain lead data in spreadsheets or CRM software.

Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.

Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities and results.

Collaborate with the business owner to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Qualifications

Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or outreach (preferred but not required). Experience in the Australian and New Zealand market highly desirable.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft professional yet engaging messages.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Comfortable using email tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Bonus: Experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or small business space.
