Virtual Assistant for Social Media (Travel Brand – Short Form Content)

I am a travel content creator building a personal brand focused on storytelling, short-form videos, and cinematic travel content.

I am looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Content Assistant to help organize, edit, and manage my content workflow.

This role is focused on helping me stay consistent and scale my posting across TikTok and Instagram.
This can grow into a long-term role if we work well together.

Responsibilities
• Organize raw video files (Google Drive / folders)
• Select strong clips from long footage
• Basic video editing for TikTok / Reels (cuts, subtitles, pacing)
• Add captions & hooks based on provided scripts
• Suggest improvements to video flow
• Schedule and upload content
• Research trending formats / sounds
• Keep a simple content tracker (what’s filmed, edited, posted)

Requirements
• Experience editing short-form content (TikTok/Reels)
• Strong English understanding (for storytelling pacing). Other languages are a plus
• Basic CapCut, DaVinci, Premiere, or similar editing skills
• Understanding of hooks and retention
• Organized and proactive
