About Us

We are a fast-growing beauty organization consisting of three branches:

Neziah (Salon): A premier beauty salon offering luxury hair services.

Neziah Luxe: A new premium hair extensions brand.

Beauty CEO Brand: A personal brand focused on entrepreneurship, beauty education, and digital products.

We are expanding and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, marketing, and brand management. We value excellence and are committed to hiring the best of the best to grow with us.

Responsibilities
Neziah Salon

Schedule and manage daily social media content (reels, Q&As, polls, educational hair content).

Engage with followers and maintain active online presence.

Create and send weekly email campaigns promoting services and updates.

Send re-engagement emails to inactive clients.

Promote VIP offers and Neziah Luxe extension products via email.

Neziah Luxe (Hair Extensions Brand)

Set up and maintain social media automations for consistent posting.

Create and schedule reels, stories, polls, and Q&A content.

Ensure the website is updated, functional, and conversion-ready.

Assist with product uploads, descriptions, and general site updates.

Beauty CEO Brand

Create reels about the CEO journey, personal story, and brand growth.

Promote ebooks and digital products through strategic content.

Set up automations to funnel followers into offers.

Cross-promote salon and hair extension content.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in social media management & content creation.

Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, FloDesk, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.

Experience in the beauty industry is a plus, but not required.
