Virtual Assistant

Australian Carob Co (Subsidiary of Thrive Health Centre) is a certified organic carob orchard with associated processing facility, making organic roasted carob powder, organic raw carob powder, organic carob kibble, and organic carob syrup. We largely sell wholesale into the Australian and US markets, but are seeking additional sales avenues. Little has been done with regard to marketing and sales beyond our website and variable posting on social media.

I require a virtual assistant to aid in managing the logistics of organising customer orders with our team, organising transport for these orders, and ordering required items for operation of our organisation. The chosen individual would ideally also be able to manage company emails, regularly update our website and SEO, assist with our monthly newsletter, and attend to our social media channels. Experience in bookkeeping would also be considered desirable, currently using Xero.
