UX/UI Designer VA

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer with expertise in WordPress Elementor who can create clean, responsive designs in Figma and directly implement those designs into WordPress/Elementor. In this role, you will be responsible for designing pixel-perfect mockups in Figma, as well as translating those designs into WordPress/Elementor builds. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every project maintains a consistent visual identity and provides a seamless user experience. You’ll work independently on most tasks but will also collaborate with our global team of developers, video editors, and copywriters when needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Convert Figma wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect Elementor pages, ensuring responsiveness across all devices.
* Build WordPress websites using Elementor based on Figma designs, maintaining design consistency and performance.
* Define and maintain design standards, including typography, spacing, icons, imagery, and reusable components.
* Create clean, scalable layouts, ensuring organized DOM, classes, and assets for easy handoff and smooth implementation.
* Optimize pages for speed and performance (lightweight assets, lazy loading, cross-browser QA).
* Design RTL/LTR versions (Hebrew/English) with smooth switching and layout integrity.
* Collaborate with developers for advanced logic and assist content teams with design and WordPress/Elementor implementation needs.
* Maintain organized project files and document basic processes for each delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements
* 1+ year of UX/UI design experience with live production websites.
* Strong expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, micro-interactions).
* Experience building and implementing WordPress websites using Elementor.
* Strong Figma skills with a focus on designing for seamless WordPress/Elementor implementation (clear layouts, reusable components, responsive design).
* Excellent eye for visual hierarchy and detail (type sizes, spacing, alignment, icon ratios).
* Strong grasp of responsive and mobile-first design with basic performance best practices.
* Organized, proactive communicator who works well independently.

Preferred Skills
* Familiarity with agency workflows and handling multiple brand systems.
* Basic knowledge of accessibility and conversion-friendly layouts.
* Experience with designing RTL pages is a plus.
