Trading Affiliate Whatsapp Support

We run a fast-growing affiliate program in the prop-trading / fintech space. Your mission is to keep our WhatsApp conversations with affiliates organized, fast, and helpful, so partners feel supported and revenue moves faster. You’ll triage chats, send smart replies, schedule calls, log everything cleanly, and surface anything that needs a manager’s attention.

What You’ll Do:

Inbox & Triage: Monitor WhatsApp Web/Business during shift; tag, prioritize, and keep inbox at zero.
Responses: Use playbooks and templates to answer FAQs; personalize when needed; never give trading advice.
Qualify & Route: Capture key details (niche, audience size, platforms), assign status, and escalate edge cases.
Follow-ups: Nudge affiliates on next steps (applications, coupon requests, assets, launching promos, creating content).
Reporting: End-of-shift summary + weekly KPI report (response times, new affiliates, tasks closed).
Playbooks: Maintain canned replies/FAQ, quick Looms, and mini-SOPs as the program evolves.
Campaign Support: Help broadcast time-sensitive promos, pull lists, and verify affiliate links.
Quality & Compliance: Follow brand tone, data-privacy rules, and “no financial advice” policy.

Schedule & Growth:

Start at 20 hrs/week (Mon–Fri, with rare weekend coverage for launches).
Option to upgrade to 40 hrs/week based on performance and volume.
Paid trial (5 hours) to ensure mutual fit.

Requirements:

Knowing the basics of trading and prop firms lingo will be a plus
