Technical recruiter - Candidate sourcing expert

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Delivery & Sourcing Consultant to drive high-volume recruitment efforts and source top talent efficiently. This role requires expert use of LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to quickly build candidate pipelines and deliver quality hires across various roles. You will work closely with hiring managers, meet aggressive hiring targets, and mentor junior recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:
* High-Volume Sourcing: Expertly use LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage top talent quickly and effectively.
* Build and manage an active pipeline of candidates for multiple roles simultaneously.
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to placement, ensuring fast delivery of qualified candidates.
* Meet or exceed recruitment KPIs and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
*Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in high-volume sourcing candidates for highly technical positions. Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing.
* Several years experience using LinkedIn recruiter
* Proven track record of delivering quality candidates under tight timelines.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
