We manage complex automated production and publishing workflows across thousands of YouTube channels requiring robust technical infrastructure built and maintained by a dedicated developer.

THE ROLE

We are hiring one full time Systems and Automation Developer to own the entire technical infrastructure of the operation. You will build automation systems from scratch, maintain them, fix issues fast, and expand them as the operation scales. You work directly with the Operations Manager and report to the Director in London. We need someone technically strong, independent, and accountable. If you need constant supervision this role is not for you.

1. YouTube Bulk Upload Automation
Python script using YouTube Data API v3
Reads video files from Google Drive
Reads metadata from Google Sheets tracker
Uploads to correct YouTube channels automatically
Schedules at specified times per channel
Handles Shorts and long form videos separately
Scales across thousands of channels simultaneously

2. Channel Creation and Setup Automation
Creates YouTube Brand Account channels programmatically
Applies profile pictures and banners via API
Adds channel descriptions keywords and default settings
Logs all created channels in Google Sheets tracker automatically
Scales to hundreds of new channels per day

3. Account Warming Automation
Selenium or Playwright browser automation
Simulates natural human browsing behaviour across multiple Google accounts
Watches niche relevant videos automatically
Subscribes to related channels automatically
Runs warming process over defined period per account
Prevents Google account flagging and restrictions

4. Channel Verification Automation
Integrates with HeroSMS API
Purchases virtual phone numbers automatically
Submits numbers to YouTube verification via API
Retrieves verification codes automatically
Completes verification and updates tracker
Respects platform daily limits per account

Must have stable internet connection and power backup at home

COMPENSATION

Base salary: $500 per month
Paid via Wise transfer on the 18th of each month
Payment arrives within 48 hours of processing

PERFORMANCE BONUSES:
$200 when bulk upload automation is live and fully tested
$300 when all core automation systems are operational and running without errors
$500 at Month 3 when all systems are stable maintained and scaling correctly
Total bonus potential: $1,000

Formal salary review at 3 months based on delivery quality and reliability.
Strong performers receive salary increase as operation scales.
