Spanish Representative

Are you fluent in Spanish and English and passionate about helping people? We’re looking for a Spanish Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our clients!

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in Spanish and English

Assist clients with inquiries and provide solutions quickly and professionally

Keep records and documentation accurate and up-to-date

Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Customer service or call center experience is a plus

Experience in U.S. healthcare is a bonus

Detail-oriented and organized
