Solution Architect Residency (AI-Driven) — Fully Remote (PH)

This is a 2-year, paid, full-time residency for people who want to move beyond manual execution and into designing, directing, and owning intelligent systems in an AI-first world.
If you’re looking for a standard developer career path, predictable tasks, or comfort — this program is not for you.

What “Residency” Means Here

This is a paid, fixed-term (2-year), full-time residency, modeled after elite professional training programs:
You are paid while learning and contributing
Progression is performance-based, not automatic
Expectations increase over time
Strong performers grow into higher-responsibility and higher-compensation paths

What You’ll Do

As a Solution Architect Resident, you will:
Break down complex business and technical problems into structured systems
Design solution architectures (workflows, data flows, decision logic)
Direct AI tools to implement parts of those solutions
Review and validate AI output for accuracy, edge cases, and scalability
Learn complex topics quickly using structured learning frameworks
Participate in architecture discussions, reviews, and planning
Gradually take ownership of real, production-level systems
You will think more than you type, and you will be accountable for outcomes.

Who This Program Is Not For

This program is not a fit if you:
Want a traditional “software developer” role
Prefer manual coding as your primary contribution
Expect step-by-step instructions
Resist AI or automation
Have only built single-user apps or basic websites
(Candidates focused solely on these typically do not pass our qualification process)

We’re upfront to avoid wasted time on both sides.

How We Evaluate Candidates

We do not evaluate based on how much code you can write.

We evaluate:

Learning speed
Ability to understand complex material
Attention to detail
Judgment and reasoning
Ability to work effectively with AI-driven workflows

All assessments are paid.
Results are communicated as pass/fail.

Compensation & Benefits

₱70,000 – ₱90,000 monthly stipend
Performance-based increases during the program
Fully remote (Philippines-based)
Mentorship from senior architects and engineers
Performance bonuses
Paid holidays after 6 months

After Year 1

HMO coverage
Second internet allowance
₱1,000 monthly food & entertainment allowance
Paid time off (tenure-based)
Eligibility for stock options
Stock options are offered after 12 months to eligible residents and are rare in the PH market. This is about long-term alignment and ownership.

By the end of the residency, successful graduates will have:
Designed and governed AI-powered systems
Demonstrated faster-than-market adaptability
Proven they can operate at a high level in an AI-first environment

Selection is competitive.
