Software Engineer

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain multi-platform applications (iOS, Android, and web)
Build and manage backend services, APIs, and data pipelines to support real-time operations
Integrate vehicle telematics (OBD, sensors, cameras, gyroscopes) into the software ecosystem
Develop and enhance web portals and dashboards for drivers, mechanics, administrators, and dispatchers
Implement scalable, secure, and performant systems for fleet management and scheduling
Contribute to the design of internal mapping, navigation, and route tracking systems
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications in production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, product, operations) to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements
Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
2–5 years of professional experience in software development
Proven experience in mobile, web, and backend development
Understanding of systems programming, networking, and multithreading
Ability to work with real-time data flows, device integrations, and distributed systems
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
Commitment to secure coding practices and compliance with industry standards

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with vehicle telematics, IoT systems, or fleet management software
Familiarity with modern databases and cloud platforms
Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures and scalable software design
