✅ Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
✅ Plan and manage weekly/monthly content calendars
✅ Write engaging captions and social media copy
✅ Provide creative direction and content briefs to the design team
✅ Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics
✅ Identify trends and recommend strategy improvements

🔹 Qualifications:
✔ 3–5 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
✔ Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
✔ Excellent copywriting and caption-writing skills
✔ Experience in content planning and strategy execution
✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills
✔ Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented

⭐ Preferred:
✔ Experience in digital marketing or branding
✔ Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar tools
✔ Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
