Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Posting

Plan and execute weekly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Create feed posts, carousels, reels, and story sequences based on weekly themes (education, tips, testimonials, giveaways).

Use branded captions, hooks, and hashtags that match my style.

Repurpose podcasts, interviews, or event clips into short-form videos.

Engagement & Community Management

Monitor DMs, comments, and tags — respond in my voice.

Run DM funnels for credit repair (scripts: “DM WEALTH,” “DM READY”).

Engage with other accounts in the Cleveland/Parma community and with athletes/influencers.

Campaigns & Growth

Launch and manage weekly raffles/giveaways/sweepstakes (ex: free credit audit, e-book, gift card).

Track participation and select winners fairly (Stories, Lives, or transparent posts).

Help grow follower count and engagement organically through consistent posting.

Analytics & Strategy

Provide weekly insights on growth, engagement, and top-performing posts.

Suggest adjustments based on analytics (time of posting, content type, hashtags).

Research trends and competitors (top credit repair gurus, local influencers).
