Short-Form Video Editor (TikTok / Reels – Travel Storytelling)

I am a travel content creator building a personal brand focused on cinematic storytelling and high-retention short-form videos.

I am looking for a creative and detail-oriented Short-Form Video Editor who understands pacing, hooks, and audience retention on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

This is not basic cutting. I need someone who understands how to keep viewers watching.

This role can grow long-term if we work well together.

Responsibilities
• Edit short-form travel videos (30–60 seconds)
• Create strong hooks in the first 3 seconds
• Add engaging subtitles (clean, minimal style — not overdesigned)
• Improve pacing and remove dead moments
• Suggest hook improvements if needed
• Add light sound design / background music
• Deliver 2-3 edited videos per week (depending on workload)

What I’m Looking For
• Proven experience editing TikTok / Reels content
• Understanding of retention & storytelling structure
• Ability to cut aggressively (no slow boring intros)
• Clean subtitle style (not flashy gaming edits)
• Fast turnaround time
• Strong English comprehension

• Experience editing travel content
• Understanding of viral short-form formats
