ROLE OVERVIEW
We need a Senior Content Editor who can:
- Create high-retention short-form edits with elite pacing & hooks
- Create StoicsPerspective (SP) static content — clean, minimalist, aesthetic quote graphics
- Edit in the EntrepreneurHQ (TEHQ) style — Twitter-style reels, narrative founder stories, business psychology breakdowns
- Maintain clean, premium visual identity
- Turn tweet screenshots & scripts into cinematic reels
- Edit storytelling-driven & premium personal brand content
- Produce IG story sequences for

- Execute FAST with zero hand-holding
- Follow precise instructions and SOPs
- Communicate daily and deliver consistent output

MANDATORY TEST ASSIGNMENT
To be considered, you MUST complete both tasks:
1) TASK 1: TEHQ-STYLE REEL
Create ONE 20–30 sec narrative reel matching the EntrepreneurHQ editing style.
Requirements:
Business/founder story tone
Twitter-style
Strong hook & retention

Deliverables:
Final MP4 (1080x1920)
Cover photo
Project file

2) TASK 2: SP STATIC POST
Create ONE StoicsPerspective-style static/reel post.

Requirements:
Minimalist typography
Clean composition
Aesthetic, premium design
Quote from Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, or Epictetus

Deliverables:
Final JPG (1080x1350)
(Optional) Reel version
