Job Description:
We are looking for a multi-skilled IT, have a knowledge of SEO, and eBay Specialist to manage technical tasks, improve search visibility, and optimize eBay listings and performance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in online marketplaces and SEO.
Responsibilities:
IT Responsibilities
Manage basic website
Troubleshoot technical issues (website, email, integrations)
Ensure website security, speed, and uptime
Assist with automation and tools
SEO Responsibilities
Perform keyword research and on-page SEO
Optimize website content, meta tags, and site structure
Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance
Conduct basic technical SEO audits
Build and manage backlinks (white-hat methods only)
eBay Responsibilities
Create and optimize eBay product listings (titles, descriptions, images)
Conduct product and keyword research for eBay
Manage pricing, promotions, and item specifics
Monitor seller performance and resolve listing issues
Handle basic eBay store optimization and analytics
Requirements:
Experience in IT support / website management
Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, technical, and basic off-page)
Hands-on experience managing eBay seller accounts
Familiar with tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush (or similar)
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have (Bonus):
Experience with Wix
eCommerce experience beyond eBay
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
