We are a U.S.-based credit repair and financial services company helping clients improve their credit and qualify for housing, auto loans, and business funding. We are building a professional, long-term remote operations team.

We are seeking an experienced Credit Repair VA who can manage disputes, compliance, and client files with little supervision.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Analyze full tri-merge credit reports
✔ Prepare and manage advanced dispute letters
✔ Handle Metro 2 compliance issues
✔ Track investigations and responses
✔ Maintain accurate CRM records
✔ Manage client communication (email/SMS/calls)
✔ Handle CFPB disputes (when approved)
✔ Review reports for deletions/errors
✔ Ensure FCRA compliance
✔ Assist with account audits
✔ Support housing approval files

🧠 Requirements (Strict)

✅ Minimum 3 years experience in U.S. credit repair
✅ Hands-on experience with Experian, Equifax, TransUnion
✅ Strong understanding of:
• FCRA
• Metro 2
• Furnisher disputes
• Method of Verification (MOV)
• Reinvestigation timelines

✅ Experience with at least ONE:
• GoHighLevel
• Credit Repair Cloud
• DisputeBee
• ClientDisputeManager

✅ Excellent English
✅ High accuracy & confidentiality
✅ Stable high-speed internet
✅ Professional home office setup
