Compensation: Monthly Commission-Based

About the Company:
M Work Auto Body is continuously expanding, and as part of our growth, we are looking for driven and skilled Sales Representatives to join our team. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are confident in direct tele-sales.

Job Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for direct outbound sales calls, converting leads into customers, and driving revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
*Close deals through direct tele-sales
*Accurately track calls, leads, and results using Excel or Google Sheets
*Follow company sales processes and continuously improve performance
*Maintain professionalism and patience during customer interactions

Qualifications & Skills:
*Telemarketing experience is a must
*Experience in direct tele-sales (not appointment setting)
*Telemarketing or sales experience in the Automobile or Insurance industry is highly preferred
*Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
*Quick learner with the ability to multitask effectively
*Previous outbound calling experience is an advantage
*Patient, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement
*Strong English communication and comprehension skills (spoken and written)
*Reliable and stable internet connection
