Sales & Facebook Ads Specialist (Wedding Photography)

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to manage and convert leads, as well as set up and optimize Facebook/Meta ads for a growing wedding photography business. Their role will be to handle the business side so I can focus 100% on capturing and editing clients moments.

This is a long-term, part-time position (with potential to grow), ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, Facebook Ads experience, and a knack for closing warm leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Client Communication

Respond to new inquiries promptly (via email, DMs, or forms)

Qualify leads using a checklist or script

Follow up with leads consistently until booking or closure

Schedule and confirm consultations

Prepare and send proposals/contracts (I’ll provide templates)

Maintain CRM or lead tracking spreadsheet

Facebook/Meta Ads Management

Plan, launch, and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns

Create basic visuals/captions (or coordinate with me)

Test and optimize ad sets for performance and ROI

Monitor ad spend and performance weekly

Provide biweekly reports

Admin & Coordination

Update pricing guides and templates as needed

Help with calendar and shoot scheduling

Set up automated workflows (e.g., using HoneyBook, or Google Workspace if needed)
