Job Title: Remote UI/UX Developer
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Location: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (US Eastern Time)
Pay: $400–$600 a month, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, user-centered web and mobile interfaces that enhance user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into seamless, attractive digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Develop clean, responsive, and accessible UI components using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement UX best practices to ensure a consistent and user-friendly interface across all platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with animation tools and motion design.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
• Knowledge of mobile-first and cross-platform development strategies.
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
