Remote Team Leader – Fiverr Agency Operations (Web Analytics)

We’re a Top-Rated Fiverr agency delivering Web Analytics & Conversion Tracking solutions like GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and Looker Studio for global clients.

We already have a growing remote team with:

2 Project Managers (Day & Night)

2 Implementation Specialists (setup-focused)

QA and Client Success handled internally

SOPs in place, systems structured — but now we want to take it to the next level.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a Team Leader to manage the entire Fiverr delivery operation so the system runs smoothly — without CEO involvement in day-to-day tasks.

We’re looking for someone experienced — ideally someone who:

Understands Fiverr client behavior, urgency, and expectations

Can lead and mentor project managers with clarity

Can track project pipelines, task timelines, and delivery quality

Ensures every delivery follows SOPs, includes QA review, and checks upsell opportunities

Handles escalations or delivery delays confidently — without needing CEO help

Thinks in systems and processes, not just task-by-task

Knows how to define KPIs, SOPs, and accountability across team functions

(Bonus) Has background in digital advertising or web analytics

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead PMs, QA, and implementation team (without managing clients directly)

Monitor daily progress via internal dashboards & shared trackers

Conduct weekly team reviews and report performance to CEO

Optimize SOPs, define KPIs, and push the team to maintain delivery excellence

Support upsell strategy, delivery efficiency, and team communication

❌ You’re NOT expected to:
Log into our Fiverr account

Handle client communication

Do technical tracking work
This is a leadership and operations role — not a freelancer role.

📋 Requirements:
2+ years of experience leading remote teams

Strong communication and people-management skills

Process and system-minded

Available for 3–4 hours/day (flexible schedule)

Proactive, organized, and detail-driven

Based in the Philippines (preferred)
