We’re expanding our recruitment delivery team in USA! Join a global staffing agency specializing in placing professionals across Medical, Aviation, Engineering, and IT roles for U.S.-based clients. We’re hiring Talent Recruiters to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for contract and
direct-hire placements.

WHAT WE OFFER:
1. Base Salary Brackets:
a. Junior Recruiter $162 – $216
b. Mid-Level Recruiter $216 – $288
c. Senior/Lead Recruiter $288 – $360

Commission: $18 to $90 USD per successful placement (based on job role)
Bonuses: Monthly incentives for exceeding submission, interview, or placement targets
Remote Work Option for high performers
Career Growth: Move into Account Management or Delivery Lead roles

JOB ROLE:
1. Source candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and internal ATS
2. Screen and qualify applicants based on job descriptions and client criteria
3. Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and account managers
4. Maintain accurate candidate records and status in CRM/ATS
5. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to meet client hiring needs

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
1. Weekly Target: 15+ screened and submitted candidates
2. Interview-to-submission ratio: 1:3 minimum
3. Placement conversion: 1 per week (average)
4. Response time: Within 24 hours for each client req

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fluent in English with professional communication skills
2. 2+ years of recruiting experience (BPO, Healthcare, Aviation, IT preferred)
3. Familiarity with U.S. staffing or international hiring models
4. Proficiency in LinkedIn, Boolean search, and job board tools
5. Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination capabilities
