Recruiting Specialist

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive Recruiting Specialist to attract and select top talent for the company. You will be a vital bridge connecting the company with potential candidates, ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment process.

Main Responsibilities:
* Execute the entire recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, initial phone screening, interview scheduling and coordination.
* Proficient in using various recruitment channels (such as job websites, social media, internal referrals, etc.) to find suitable English-speaking talent.
* Assist in maintaining and updating the candidate database to ensure the accuracy of recruitment data.
* Assist in optimizing the recruitment process and provide recruitment-related support to the team.

Requirements:
* Professional Skills:* Familiarity with basic human resources and recruitment processes. Prior recruitment-related internship or work experience is preferred.
* Personal Qualities:* Excellent communication skills, initiative, and learning ability. Outgoing personality, responsible, and detail-oriented.
