About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Part-Time Social Media Manager to grow our online presence, starting with our Facebook page. This role is focused on real estate, making it ideal for someone who understands how to promote properties, engage with potential buyers or investors, and build a strong community online. As we expand, this role may also extend to other platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our Facebook page, including posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring activity.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging, brand-aligned content tailored to the real estate market.
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Identify and flag any conversations, leads, or comments that may result in revenue opportunities.
Track performance of posts and engagement, providing basic reports and insights.
Stay updated on real estate marketing trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
Support expansion into additional platforms in the future.

Qualifications
Experience managing social media pages for a business with an understanding of real estate.
Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to present real estate content clearly and attractively.
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visuals and captions.
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, scheduling, or engagement is strongly preferred.
Availability for part-time hours with flexibility to respond as needed.
