We are a dynamic property management company based in Australia, seeking a highly organised and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our property leasing and advertising operations. This is a remote role suited for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:
Advertise property vacancies on Facebook, Flatmates, Gumtree, and other platforms.
Monitor all listings to ensure they remain active, accurate, and up to date.
Respond promptly to inquiries and messages from prospective residents.
Contact and engage with prospects to answer questions about available properties.
Organise and conduct remote open homes (virtual inspections) via video or scheduling tools.
Assist with rental applications and guide applicants through the process.
Screen applicants according to company criteria and prepare reports for management review.
Ensure all vacant properties are advertised across relevant channels at all times.

Requirements:
Noise-cancelling headset with clear microphone
Reliable internet connection with backup options
Two monitors for productivity
Webcam for virtual meetings
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and ability to collaborate within a remote team environment
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Advertising and Marketing in Real Estate industry
Availability to work standard Australian business hours (9AM-5PM Sydney time zone)
