Real Estate Operations & Growth Manager | Lead Gen, Social Media & Transaction Coordination

I’m a U.S.-based Real Estate Broker building a high-performance real estate team and personal brand.
I’m looking for ONE experienced professional who can manage lead generation, social media growth, AND administrative/transaction coordination tasks with minimal supervision.

This is NOT an entry-level VA role.
This is a key operations position responsible for revenue, brand growth, and deal flow.

🔹 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
🔥 Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

Call skip-traced leads daily using Mojo Dialer

Qualify buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors

Book appointments directly on my calendar

Follow up via call, text, and email

Update, tag, and manage leads in KV Core

Track daily KPIs (calls, conversations, appointments)

📱 Social Media & Brand Growth

Create and manage content calendars

Edit short-form video content (Reels/TikTok)

Write captions + CTAs

Post across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube

Grow followers organically

Generate inbound leads via content

Repurpose content across platforms

🗂️ Administrative & Transaction Coordination

Input and manage listings in MLS

Prepare listing documents and files

Open escrow and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and agents

Track deadlines and contingencies

Ensure compliance documents are complete

Update transaction status and timelines

Organize files in shared drives

Communicate professionally with clients and partners

✅ KV Core experience
✅ Mojo Dialer experience
✅ Social media content creation & growth
✅ MLS input & transaction coordination experience
✅ Strong English (spoken & written)
✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✅ Able to work independently without daily direction
