Quality Assurance Remote

We are a fast-growing AI consumer product in the adult space. Our product is used by millions of people worldwide. We're hiring a Quality Assurance specialist to review user generated submissions and make sure everything meets our brand's quality standards before it is published on our website.
Please note: this role involves reviewing adult content. Applicants must be 18+ and comfortable working in this space.

What you'll do:

Review adult content submissions and flag anything that doesn't meet quality or brand standards
Provide clear, consistent feedback to ensure output is accurate and on-brand
Identify patterns in quality issues and report them back to the team
Help refine and document quality standards as the product evolves

Who we're looking for:

Detail-oriented — you notice things others miss
Strong written English — you can articulate clearly why something does or doesn't meet the bar
Comfortable working independently and managing a consistent review workload
Knows how to leverage AI tools to work faster and do more with less
Prior experience in QA, content review, or moderation is a plus
(Preferred) Has experience and is fully comfortable working with adult media
Similar to having good taste in fashion, we appreciate candidates with a strong eye for attractive models and content — good taste directly impacts engagement rates and watch time on our platform

The deal:

Full-time remote position
$600/month starting compensation
We're a small, fast-moving team and we promote from within. People who do great work here don't stay at the same level — this role has a clear path to expanded responsibilities, larger scope, and significantly higher compensation as the company grows
