Printful Listing Upload VA (POD Experience Required)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help upload product listings to Printful for an Etsy-based print-on-demand shop.

This role is Printful-only to start. You will not be managing Etsy directly at this time.

Your responsibility will be accurately uploading products inside Printful based on clear instructions and provided assets.

Responsibilities:
• Upload a vartiety of print products to Printful
• Apply correct product types, sizes and variants
• Ensure accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and product setup inside Printful
• Follow a repeatable checklist and SOPs for consistency

Future Opportunity:
This role may expand in the future to include additional support for the Etsy shop (listing optimization, updates, or other tasks) for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability.

Requirements:
• Prior experience with Printful is REQUIRED
• Experience with print-on-demand (POD) workflows
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow step-by-step SOPs
• Reliable internet and consistent availability
