We’re looking for a talented Video Editor who can take raw footage and transform it into engaging, polished content that drives results.

Responsibilities:
-Edit raw video footage into cohesive full-length videos and highlight reels/montages.
-Remove filler words and mistakes (e.g., “umms,” “ahhs,” awkward pauses, repeated takes, sharp breaths).
-Select and keep the best takes based on provided guidance.
-Apply simple color correction and grading to enhance visuals.
-Add intro/outro cards or video bumpers.
-Incorporate video effects (call-outs, text overlays, zoom/pan, transitions, lower thirds, and engaging animations).
-Add captions/subtitles for accessibility and engagement.
-Deliver clean, professional, and brand-consistent edits.
🎯 Requirements:
-Proven experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro.
-Strong portfolio showcasing montage, b-roll, and storytelling edits.
-Ability to follow creative direction and implement feedback quickly.
-Attention to detail — we don’t settle for sloppy cuts or unfinished work.
-Strong understanding of pacing, timing, and flow in video editing.
