About the mission

I am a global impact designer and architect, working between Milan, London, and Berlin, focused on transforming how the world builds by replacing harmful materials and outdated systems with sustainable alternatives.

Your role is to amplify this work through daily, consistent content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok — turning real projects, travel, site visits, and insights into authority, visibility, and inbound opportunities.

You will also create and manage a simple system that helps the founder capture content in her own voice while traveling. She will not study content creation. You design and run the system.

What you will do

• Write and publish 1 LinkedIn post per day
• Produce 1 short video per day for TikTok (repurposed to Instagram Reels)
• Edit short-form video (CapCut, Descript, or similar tools)
• Repurpose one idea efficiently across platforms
• Use AI tools for hooks, captions, and speed (ChatGPT, YouChat, etc.)
• Provide simple daily recording prompts/instructions for the founder (5–10 minutes max)
• Maintain a lightweight content calendar
• Deliver a weekly performance snapshot (views, engagement, follower growth, learnings)

Non-negotiables

• Excellent written English
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Comfortable editing short-form video
• Confident daily use of AI tools to increase speed and quality
• Highly organized, fast, and consistent
• Able to work with European time zones (minimum 2–4 hours daily overlap)

Hiring process (important)

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short, timed practical test before any hiring decision is made.
The test reflects real content tasks and evaluates speed, clarity, and execution quality.

Growth & compensation review

This role starts with a trial phase.
Assistants who consistently demonstrate speed, reliability, strong execution, and proactive ownership will be eligible for a rate increase after 3 months, based on clear proof of performance and results.
