Outbound Caller---Land Acquisition Lead Generation for Florida Home Builders

You will call home builders in Florida's highest new construction counties ( #1: Lee County, #2: Manatee County, #3: Pasco County, #4: Polk County and #5: Hilsborough County). Your goal is to ask if they are currently buying vacant lots or land. If "yes", you will ask for their land acquisition specialist's name and email address. You will work from 9:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

You will receive your first payment of $120 after the first week of 40 hours of work.

You will follow a provided script, log every detail of every call outcome in Google Sheet and send a daily summary report.

You are required to record every call and submit all recordings along with your daily call log and summary report. (due at 6PM EST each day).

No sales experience required---just a confident, organized professional phone manner and the ability to make 70--80 calls per day. We will provide opportunities for raises and bonuses for top-performers.
