We help International Medical students become doctors in America by passing the American board exams, securing U.S. clinical rotations, and crafting a CV. We're a lean, high-output team that delivers real outcomes not just courses.

The Role
You'll run the day-to-day operations across our core programs: Exam Coaching, Interview Prep, Clinical Rotations, and Research Mentorship. You're the person who turns chaos into clean systems, tracks what matters, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

Manage course enrollment, attendance tracking, and student engagement across Step 1 & Step 2 programs
Own the Interview Prep pipeline: track student progress, coordinate mentor sessions, and monitor improvement metrics
Run Rotations sales and fulfillment: lead intake → deposit → placement → visa letters
Coordinate Research webinars and course progression
Build and maintain dashboards (Tue/Fri) with revenue, pipeline, and engagement data
Keep our single source of truth (Airtable/Sheets) clean and current
Handle Stripe payments, discount codes, and basic finance reconciliation

You're a Fit If You:

Have 2+ years in ops, program management, or a coordinator role
Are fluent in google spreadsheets, and payment tools (Stripe)
Write crisp, clear copy and can A/B test messaging
Stay calm under pressure and close loops without reminders
Are comfortable with data - every decision ties to a metric
