Operations Manager

We are a Reddit-focused marketing agency doing $35k+/month, managing Reddit campaigns for global tech, AI, SaaS, and e-commerce clients.

We are now looking for a Operations Manager to help handle day-to-day operations so the founder can focus on business growth, product development, and scaling.

You will be the “control center” of the company — organizing tasks, managing people, communicating with clients, and keeping everything running smoothly.

This is a long-term REMOTE role with full ownership, structure, and leadership opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Daily Operations Management

Assign daily tasks to team members
Manage and optimize workflows
Track deadlines and deliverables
Ensure quality standards are met for all Reddit posts/accounts
Maintain daily/weekly operational dashboards
2) Client Communication & Support

Send progress updates
Collect briefs and approvals
Handle client questions
Maintain high retention and satisfaction
Do onboarding calls with clients and reviews calls with them
3) Team Coordination

Reddit Content Creator ? content review, scheduling
Reddit Account Creator ? account quality & ban-rate control
Ensure both roles follow SOPs and KPIs
Hold weekly sync with the founder
4) Quality Assurance

Review Reddit posts before publishing
Check tone, formatting, targeting, and alignment with client goals
Monitor account safety and behavior patterns
5) Analytics & Reporting

Maintain Google Sheets dashboards
Track KPIs, progress, ban rate, karma growth
Prepare weekly reports for the founder
Identify problems early and provide proactive solutions
6) Process Creation

Create SOPs, templates, checklists
Improve efficiency and reduce founder workload
Optimize daily operations and automate where possible (basic tools, no coding required)
Skills
Technical & Operational Skills

Strong experience managing daily operations for online or digital businesses
Ability to coordinate multiple team members (writers, account creators, content creators, VAs)
Experience with workflow optimization and creating SOPs
Solid understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking
Proficiency with Google Sheets, task management tools (Trello/Notion/ClickUp), and reporting
Ability to monitor quality control across multiple tasks
Strong ability to analyze problems early and create proactive solutions
Experience handling client communication, onboarding calls, and weekly updates
Familiarity with Reddit

Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable
