Operations & Data Virtual Assistant (AI + Systems) – Long-Term Role

We are Big Red’s Pig Party, a fast-growing catering company in Chicago specializing in full-service pig roasts and large-scale BBQ events.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help organize our operations, manage data, and improve our internal systems as we scale.
This is not just a task-based VA role. You will be working directly with the owner to help build better processes, organize information, and make the business more efficient.
If you like working with systems, spreadsheets, and AI tools, this will be a great fit.

Operations & Data (Primary Focus)
Go through past emails and organize event data into structured Google Sheets
Build and maintain organized spreadsheets for tracking events, customers, and performance
Create clear, structured records we can use to make business decisions

AI + Systems
Use our ChatGPT-based tools to streamline workflows
Help generate crew worksheets for events (what to bring, timing, customer details, etc.)
Improve and organize internal processes

Light Admin + Social
Schedule social media posts and generate captions using AI
Follow/unfollow and basic engagement tasks
Assist with simple email follow-ups using templates
Help update small sections of the website when needed

Inventory & Tracking
Track supplies and flag when inventory is low
Help calculate basic costs (example: cost per tray, supplies, etc.)
