Chat Support & Sales Associate (Remote Role)

Position Overview
This role combines customer support with sales through live chat. You’ll be responding to inquiries, providing helpful information, and guiding potential customers toward the right services. You’ll also be contributing to our sales process by identifying opportunities and promoting relevant solutions.

Requirements
•High-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
•A stable internet connection and a personal laptop or computer
•Ability to manage multiple conversations at once
•Good interpersonal skills and a calm, professional tone
•⁠Comfortable working under time pressure when needed

Key Responsibilities
•Respond to customer questions via chat in a friendly and professional manner
•⁠Understand individual client needs and explain how our services can help
•⁠Work consistent 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week
•⁠Contribute to sales goals by identifying opportunities and engaging with leads
