Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Marketing and Admin professional to join our dynamic team who is looking to expand their career and take the opportunity to dive in and learn on the go! In this exciting role, you will contribute to student acquisition initiatives and support a broad range of marketing activities targeted at customers and key course areas.
This is a varied, rewarding, and fast paced role, which will allow you to refine your marketing skills within the Vocational Education sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our organisation by performing exceptional Marketing (including Social Media) and Administrative activities to promote our courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide detailed information about our courses, including course content, schedules, and pricing.
Assist customers with the registration process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about our course offers and promotions.
Maintain and update customer records in our CRM database(Pipedrive).
Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
Track and report on marketing activities and results.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and update platforms to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Create and curate engaging, culturally relevant and brand-aligned marketing materials across a variety of channels.
Schedule and publish social media posts to ensure consistent brand messaging and high engagement.
Analyse social media metrics and provide insights to help guide our content strategy.
Design, update and conceptualise the website ensuring it is mobile-friendly and responsive.
Other ad-hoc marketing and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience (Minimum 3-5 Years) in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable and proactive about supporting a wide range of marketing activities.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Australian Training Organisations is a plus.
Must have Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace.
Proficiency in using Social Media Management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Canva).
Basic to advance Web development experience (e.g. WordPress).
Basic to advance experience in Graphic Designing.
Proficiency in using CRM(e.g. Pipedrive).
