Makeup Artist scouting role

Scope (Makeup Artist Outreach Role – CHIHYARA):
• Finding professional Make Up Artists (bridal/events preferred) in Singapore (I’ll guide you on how to search!)
• Adding them into a Google Sheet with their IG/TikTok links, client type, follower count, and engagement quality
• Sending first-contact messages using my drafted script (commission based)
• Contacting the Make Up Artists to get them onboarded, sign contracts, and partner with us
• Ensuring each partnered Make Up Artist receives 5% commission from every sale they generate (the more artists tied in, the more collective commission earned)
• Maintaining long-term relationships with Make Up Artists and updating them whenever we launch new products
• Having strong organisation skills: keeping a clear track record of all contacts, partnerships, and commissions
• Replying to all emails from Make Up Artists within 24 hours
