Job Title: Growth Performance Marketer (Google & Meta Ads) – Uniforms & Signage
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Start: Part time with clear pathway to full time
Compensation: 300–500 AUD/month part-time to start, with opportunitty to double revenue within probationary period of 3months.
About Us
We’re a fast growing uniforms and signage company with our own factory in Derrimut (Melbourne, Australia). We supply uniforms and branded workwear, as well as signage, to schools, local businesses and trade clients. We’re in the early stages of a big growth push, with strong landing pages, real customer testimonials, and a clear vision to dominate the local market.
We’re looking for our go to Performance Marketer, someone who wants to grow with us from the early days and become a key part of our team as we expand into more locations and services.
Why this role is exciting
Founding team style role: You won’t be “just another freelancer”, you’ll be the person building and running our first serious Google & Meta ad engine.
Fast growth upside: If we hit our targets, this role will move from part-time to full-time, with potential to earn up to 2x your starting rate within 3-6 months based on performance.
Future Australia pathway: For the right long-term, high performing person, we are open to exploring a business visa in the future so you can work with us on site as we expand.
Big impact, visible results: You’ll be working directly with the owners; your ideas and campaigns will be implemented fast, and you’ll see the direct connection between your work and real sales.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Growth Performance Marketer (Google & Meta Ads) to own our paid acquisition for uniforms and signage. You’ll start part time, designing and running lean campaigns that generate consistent, high quality enquiries from local businesses around our factory.
As results come in and we scale, your hours and responsibilities will grow – with a clear path to leading our full digital acquisition function.
Responsibilities
Strategy & planning
Learn our offers (uniforms, workwear, signage), target customer types (warehouses, trades, small businesses, etc.), and local market around Melbourne.
Design a simple but effective paid media strategy that fits our small initial budget and can scale as results improve.
Work directly with the founders to align campaigns with our sales efforts (cold calls, in person visits, email follow ups).
Google Ads (core channel)
Set up and manage highly targeted local Search campaigns for uniforms and signage.
Build and refine keyword groups focused on buyer intent searches (e.g. “work uniforms supplier”, “hi vis uniforms Melbourne”, “factory signage Derrimut”).
Write and test ad copy that highlights our strengths: fast turnaround, custom branding, local factory, strong testimonials.
Implement robust conversion tracking (forms, calls where possible) and optimise for cost per lead and lead quality.
Meta Ads (supporting channel)
Create and manage retargeting campaigns on Facebook/Instagram to re?engage website visitors.
When budget allows, test simple top of funnel campaigns to build awareness with local business audiences.
Use our existing photos, social proof, and before/after examples to build trust quickly.
Optimisation & reporting
Continuously improve campaigns by:
Adding negative keywords and pausing poor?performing terms.
Testing ad variations, audiences, and bidding strategies within budget.
Suggesting landing page tweaks to improve conversion rate (we’ll implement changes together).
Provide clear weekly reports (short Loom/video or written summary) showing:
Spend, clicks, leads (by channel)
What you tested/changed and why
Next actions for the following week
Minimum Requirements
Top 3 core skills:
Hands on Google Ads experience – especially local service campaigns driving leads (not just e-commerce or brand awareness).
Proven Meta Ads experience – building simple but effective lead gen and retargeting campaigns.
Performance mindset – you think in terms of cost per lead, lead quality, and return on ad spend, not just impressions and clicks.
Plus:
Experience working with small/medium businesses, ideally in trades, uniforms, printing, signage, or similar service industries.
Comfortable working with limited budgets and finding ways to maximise every dollar.
Strong written English and clear communication.
Self managed: able to propose ideas, take initiative, and report concisely without needing daily supervision.
Hours, Compensation & Growth Path
Starting structure (first 3–6 months)
Hours: 10–15 hours per week.
Compensation: 300–500 AUD per month (depending on experience and agreed scope).
Focus: setting up and stabilising Google Ads + Meta Ads, hitting initial lead targets and proving a profitable system.
Growth path (after proving results)
If we consistently hit agreed KPIs (for example: target cost per lead, number of leads per week, and conversion quality), we are open to:
Increasing hours to full time.
Increasing pay up to 2x your starting rate over time, in line with revenue growth driven by your campaigns.
Expanding your responsibilities into:
Wider digital strategy (email follow up, basic funnel building).
Coordinating with additional team members (e.g. content, design, admin).
Potential business visa sponsorship discussions down the track to join us in Australia as part of our core team.
We will be transparent about targets and timelines so you can see exactly what performance levels unlock the next step.
How to Apply
Please send:
A short introduction: who you are, where you’re based, and what attracts you to working with a growing uniforms & signage business.
2–3 brief examples of Google and/or Meta campaigns you’ve run for local or service businesses:
Industry
Rough monthly ad spend
What you did and the results (leads, cost per lead, improvements).
Your proposed monthly fee within the 300–500 AUD starting range and how many hours/week that covers.
In 5–10 bullet points: what you would focus on in the first 30 days to bring in more uniform leads around Derrimut.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just pick up another short term contract. If you’re excited by the idea of helping us build a dominant local brand and being rewarded as we scale, we’d love to hear from you.
