Klaviyo Marketing Operations Specialist (Klaviyo + Shopify + AI | $12-$17/hour)

We’re a fast-growing US-based team building thoughtful, high-performing email marketing programs for thousands of e-commerce brands.

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who is confident working hands-on inside Klaviyo and enjoys turning strategy into clean, accurate execution.

This role is ideal for someone who already has strong Klaviyo experience, understands how e-commerce email programs are built, and can navigate client accounts with care, curiosity, and good judgment.

You’ll work from clear SOPs, collaborate with a supportive team, and use powerful tools, including our proprietary AI systems, to help launch world-class marketing campaigns more efficiently. At the same time, we’re looking for someone who brings real platform fluency: someone who can look at a Klaviyo account, understand how it’s structured, spot opportunities or issues, and execute improvements with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Setting up and managing Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows
• Working inside Shopify to reference product and customer data
• Using our internal AI tools and SOPs to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Troubleshooting issues related to flows, lists, segments, deliverability, and integrations
• Communicating clearly when something needs clarification, review, or escalation
• Collaborating with our US-based team via Slack, Notion, and Google Meet

You Are:
• A marketing ops professional with 3+ years of experience (agency or similar, agency experience is a plus)
• A Klaviyo expert: you understand campaigns, flows, triggers, segments, deliverability, and analytics
• Able to handle complicated Klaviyo tasks with ease, speed, and accuracy
• Fluent with Shopify and how it connects to email workflows
• AI-savvy: comfortable using ChatGPT or similar tools for content refinement
• Independent, proactive, reliable, and fast
• Comfortable working with our US-based team via Slack, Notion, and Google Meet
• Comfortable working 9 a.m. EST to 5 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday (U.S. hours)

Pay:
$12-17/hour (USD) - with room to grow based on excellent performance
