Role: Full-Time Company-sponsored Trainee (Beginner Developer Residency)
Company: ASG Platform (US-based tech, remote-first)
Location: 100% Remote – Philippines
Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time (Aligned with U.S. Business Hours)
Compensation: Monthly Stipend/Allowance ₱32,000 - ₱35,000
Program Goal: Transition to elite Full-Stack Developer status within 2 years.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM (SCHOLARSHIP-BASED)
This is a scholarship-based, paid 2-year residency designed for aspiring Filipino coders: fresh graduates, career shifters, or self-taught programmers.

This is not a job — it’s a launchpad. The residency compresses years of learning into two intensive years, offering structure, live project collaboration, and direct mentorship from Senior Developers. We nurture raw talent, discipline, and grit.

Why This Program Exists?
Too many aspiring developers never get their first professional break. This program was built to close that gap by offering high-quality training and mentorship normally available only to seasoned professionals. We value skill, curiosity, and discipline over degrees.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (FOCUS):
Participate in daily hands-on development training and code reviews.
Work on real software projects that go into production.
Collaborate with mentors and fellow residents in a remote-first environment.
Receive continuous feedback and measurable progress tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
We don’t require experience — we require passion.

MUST-HAVES:
Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (any language).
Eager to learn and master JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Reliable internet connection and backup plan.
Willing to work full-time, remotely during US business hours (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH time).

NICE-TO-HAVES (Skills You Will Build On):
Bootcamp or self-directed coding experience.

GitHub portfolio or project samples.
Familiarity with databases, APIs, or Git.
