We are a high-end wedding photography and cinematography studio based in Houston, Texas, serving Indian and destination weddings across the United States and internationally. Our work focuses on romantic, cinematic, and elegant storytelling.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented content coordinator who has a strong aesthetic sense and excellent English communication skills. This is a long-term position for someone who wants to grow with a creative studio, not a short freelance project.

Responsibilities

You will manage and support our online presence across Instagram, Pinterest, and our website.

Social Media Management
• Post Instagram content consistently (reels and photo carousels)
• Select strong images from wedding galleries for posting
• Turn wedding films into short-form reels
• Schedule posts using a content calendar
• Maintain brand consistency and visual storytelling

Content Creation
• Edit reels using CapCut or Adobe Premiere
• Write warm, polished captions aligned with a luxury brand voice
• Research appropriate hashtags
• Create Pinterest pins and boards

Client Communication
• Respond to Instagram DMs professionally
• Identify serious inquiries and flag qualified leads
• Provide polite responses and basic information to potential clients

Website & Blog
• Upload and format blog posts in WordPress
• Add image alt text and organize images
• Basic SEO formatting (headings, linking, keywords)

Organization & Workflow
• Organize delivered wedding galleries into social media folders
• Maintain an organized Google Drive/Dropbox library
• Follow posting schedule and deadlines consistently

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience managing Instagram accounts
• Experience with Canva
• Experience with CapCut or Adobe Premiere for reels
• WordPress blog posting experience
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Able to overlap at least 2–3 hours with U.S. Central Time (Texas)

Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with wedding, fashion, or photography brands
• Understanding of South Asian/Indian weddings (Mehndi, Sangeet, Baraat, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SEO
