Are you experienced in Power BI or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and confident working with HR data and reporting?

We’re looking for an HR Systems, Reporting & Compliance Specialist to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of HR systems, processes, and data. In this role, you’ll manage monthly HR reporting, develop leadership dashboards using BI tools, administer HRIS, oversee training compliance, validate payroll data, and conduct regular audits.

You’ll also provide data-driven insights, support continuous improvement, and enhance user capability through training and system guidance.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
-Manage HR systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency
-Develop and deliver monthly HR reports and leadership dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
-Administer HRIS processes and maintain system functionality
-Oversee training compliance and reporting requirements
-Validate payroll data and perform data quality checks
-Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews
-Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement
-Deliver training and system guidance to end users

✅ What We’re Looking For
Required:
-Experience developing dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
-Experience working with HR systems (HRIS), time and attendance tools, or payroll interfaces
-Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret HR data
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
-Experience conducting data audits, compliance checks, or payroll validation activities
-Ability to deliver training and provide technical system support to users
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
-Ability to manage confidential information professionally
-Strong organisational and time management skills
-Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Operations)

Nice to Have:
-Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
-Previous experience as a system administrator or HRIS superuser
-Experience using workforce management systems (e.g., Kronos or similar platforms)
-Understanding of HR compliance frameworks and audit processes
-Experience in mining, resources, or heavy industry environments
