Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract and retain top talent across various departments while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards (e.g., JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Kalibrr,

, and other local platforms).
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through online channels
• Conduct initial interviews or screening calls to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Partner with management to forecast hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience (corporate, BPO, or staffing agency background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices in the Philippines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Familiar with sourcing tools, and online job boards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM.

Work Schedule
• Full-time | Monday to Friday
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 8:30AM - 5:30PM(US Eastern Time)
• May require occasional extended hours for urgent hiring needs.

Location
• Hybrid or Remote
• Candidates within Metro Manila, Cebu, or Davao preferred, but open to qualified applicants nationwide.
• On-site options may be available in select areas depending on business requirements.

Pay: $400–$500 a month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
