Growth Marketing Manager
Job Overview
About the Role: Young Scholars Academy (
is seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to serve as the engine behind our virtual enrichment school’s expansion. We serve twice-exceptional (2e) and neurodivergent students by cultivating their strengths rather than fixing their deficits.
North Star: You will own the "Growth Machine," driving expansion from 400 families to 2,000+. While finding new scholars is critical, your primary mission is ensuring our current families discover the full breadth of our curriculum and enroll in multiple classes that fit their child's brilliance.
This is a long-term, direct-hire position for an "Owner" who treats this business as if it were their own. As we grow, your income grows with us.
Key Responsibilities
The Expansion Engine (Upselling): Design automated nurture sequences that guide current families from a single $800 semester class into Multi-Course bundles or membership tiers.
Acquisition (The Engine): Personally manage and optimize Meta and Google Ad campaigns. Design funnels that convert leads into "100% in love" enrollments.
Retention is Marketing: You own the re-enrollment rate. You will design "Post-Enrollment Nurture" sequences that highlight student wins, ensuring parents feel the ongoing ROI of our community.
Strategic Upmanagement: Keep the CEO focused on the highest-leverage work. You must be comfortable pushing back on ideas that deviate from the 30/60/90-day plan.
Work Schedule (Philippines Time - PHT)
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role. You must work 8 hours per day within the window of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time on US weekdays.
Your Shift Options:
Summer (March–Nov): Pick any 8-hour block between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM PHT.
Winter (Nov–March): Pick any 8-hour block between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM PHT.
Consistency: Once your 8-hour schedule is selected and agreed upon, you must stick to it to ensure team stability.
Compensation & Guaranteed Benefits
Guaranteed Monthly Payout: $1,180.00 USD (Approx. ₱68,500 PHP).
Includes $1,100 Base Salary + $80 in fixed stipends (Internet, Tech, Healthcare, Grocery).
Performance Bonuses (Paid per Enrollment):
$3.00 Expansion Bonus for every additional class an existing family adds.
$2.50 Growth Bonus for every new family that joins the Academy.
$0.50 Village Bonus per active family, per semester for re-enrollment.
Total Annual Potential (OTE): $24,000 USD (Approx. ₱1.4M PHP).
13th Month Pay: Mandatory benefit equivalent to one month's basic salary.
Paid Philippine Regular Holidays: 10+ paid days off per year
Sick / Vacation Leave: 6 paid days per year, accrued monthly.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in small business growth or edtech. You are a "doer" who can also think grand strategy.
Communication: Exceptional English (written and verbal). You must be able to handle direct/blunt feedback professionally.
Technical: Expert in Meta/Google Ads, Squarespace, and lifecycle tools like ConvertKit or ActiveCampaign.
Neuro-Affirming: Deep alignment with the strengths-based model of neurodivergence.
How to Apply
