About Us

We are building a high-performance offshore staffing and BPO business designed to scale fast, clean, and profitably.

This is not a basic funnel build.
This is a full BPO operating system — sales, recruitment, delivery, QA, and client lifecycle — all built inside GoHighLevel and integrated into our website.

We’re looking for a true GHL expert who understands systems, workflows, and scale — not just pages and triggers.

The Mission (2-Week Build)

Your job is to design, build, and document a complete GoHighLevel system that supports:

Sales (SDR → Founder close)

Recruitment & onboarding

Client onboarding & lifecycle

Internal team operations

Reporting & visibility

Website integration

This system must be clean, scalable, and idiot-proof.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for building:

1. CRM & Pipelines

Sales pipeline (SDR → Closed)

Recruitment pipeline (Candidate → Placed)

Client lifecycle pipeline (Onboarded → Active → Retained)

Clear stage logic and automations

2. Automations & Workflows

Lead capture → assignment → follow-up

SDR task automation

Booking, reminders, no-show handling

Client onboarding sequences

Internal notifications & escalation logic

Slack / email / SMS integrations

3. Forms, Calendars & Funnels

Website lead capture forms

Booking calendars (SDR + Founder)

Application forms (clients + candidates)

Embedded GHL assets into website

4. Website Integration

Full GHL integration into existing website

Tracking, attribution, and routing

Conversion-focused UX (no bloated funnels)

5. Reporting & Dashboards

SDR performance dashboards

Sales pipeline visibility

Recruitment metrics

Client status overview

6. Documentation

Clear SOPs for internal team

Handover documentation

Admin-level explanation (so we’re not dependent on you forever)

What We’re Looking For

Proven GoHighLevel expert (must have built complex systems, not just funnels)

Strong understanding of sales ops, BPO workflows, and CRMs

Able to think in systems, not just tasks

Comfortable working directly with the founder

Clean builder — logical naming, scalable structure

Strong English and clear communication

Able to work fast without breaking things

If you’ve built for agencies, BPOs, or sales teams — this is a big plus.

Not a Canva funnel build

Not a “connect Zapier and hope” job

Not ongoing micromanagement

We want ownership, clarity, and speed.

Compensation

Fixed 2-week project fee: Competitive, based on experience

Extension opportunity: Ongoing GHL ownership, optimisation, and leadership role as we scale
